Thank you for shopping with BetweenTheLines.HQ. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Production Time All orders require 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
International Orders & Customs International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@betweenthelineshq.com with your order number and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
